This will be our first year planting a fall crop. Naturally, we didn’t order enough seed in the spring so I found myself scouring the denuded seed racks at several stores to uncover any gems that might have been overlooked by other, more seasoned gardeners. I wasn’t able to find any organic seed but I was able to come up with two varieties each of broccoli, lettuce and beets, along with a packet of turnips. We also have in stock a supply of chard, several types of radishes and assorted greens. Phyllis is also going to try to get a tomato to grow in a pot that she can transfer to the Juliana greenhouse when the nights get too cold. I wish her the best of luck with that.

Your gardening efforts are great! And indeed luck with the tomato plan in the greenhouse.
