I apologize for not posting updates after July 1 last year but the gardening really didn't improve and I found my inspiration for blogging ebbing along with my plants.

yes,I found your post and link to your site while I was on the back yard chickens forum and although I am not a member I seen a divice that was posted by susan on there asking if anyone knew any info about it,she later blew it off in another post saying it had nothing to do with chickens, well I have know way of contacting her and don't know how to leave a post on that site,so I am going to tell you, maybe you can forword it to sue,ok?it was a kerosene fired burner for use with an incubator it was placed under certain brands of early egg hatchers,it gave off just enough heat to keep the eggs warm but the incubator had to be regulated,my family was polterers from 1850 till 1962,my father had electric brooders but also had some of the old antique ones from the old days and he still fired them with the kerosene burners like this one, and I know how to make them work, I know these posts are over a year old but the truth about what that is has to be told, have sue contact me if you can contact her,you have my email...thanks Will Hazlett
