The crazy thing about the CSA is that you keep getting more food every week before you finish last week&#8217;s load. I&#8217;ve been eating huge salads all week and it looks like I get to keep doing it. I can&#8217;t with good conscience let food this fresh, healthful and delicous go to waste. It forces you to adapt your eating habits to the cycle of the farm. In the photo there are three types of lettuce, arugula, bok choi, kale, brocolli, radishes and kohlrabi. I hear that the strawberries may be ready as early as next week. Stay tuned.<br />
